About Meadowview Village

Who’s Behind This Community
Meadowview Village is being developed by Upslope Group, a Montana-based real estate development team focused on building practical, well-designed neighborhoods for working families.
Our team is deeply connected to Montana.
Keith Miller, Co-Founder of Upslope Group, is a fifth-generation Montanan with family roots going back to Fort Benton. He grew up understanding how Montana communities are built and why they matter.
Spencer Woith, a general partner on the project, is a Great Falls native. He knows this market firsthand as a civil engineer with 20+ years of experience, including what buyers here are looking for and how neighborhoods in Great Falls actually function over time.
Ryan Frey, Co-Founder of Upslope Group, has led the development of residential communities across multiple markets. He focuses on planning and executing projects that are well-built, well-managed, and designed to succeed over the long term.
We build here because we understand the people who live here.
Real Experience
Built by a Team With
Upslope Group is led by a small team of partners with decades of combined experience in land development, homebuilding, and construction.
That experience includes:

Developing and selling
residential communities in Montana

Managing projects
from raw land through completed neighborhoods

Delivering homes
that sold quickly, often before construction was complete

Completing everything
from townhomes to large-scale residential developments
We’ve worked through the full process many times, including zoning, infrastructure, construction, and final home sales. That matters because it reduces surprises and keeps projects on track.

A Track Record You Can Trust
Before Meadowview Village, our team has:
-
Developed subdivisions in Great Falls and Missoula
-
Built and sold townhomes that were fully presold before completion
-
Delivered projects where homes sold quickly due to strong demand
-
Managed projects from start to finish, including construction and sales
We are not learning as we go. We are applying a process that has already worked.

Meadowview Village
Why We Built
Great Falls has a clear problem.
There are not enough new homes available for local buyers. Many existing homes are older, and newer construction is often priced out of reach.
Meadowview Village was designed to solve that.
-
New homes at an attainable price point
-
No bidding wars
-
A clear path to owning both your home and your land
-
A neighborhood built for long-term value, not short-term sales
This is about giving local residents a realistic way to own a home, not just rent.

How People Actually Live
Designed for
We didn’t just focus on the homes. We designed the entire neighborhood around day-to-day life.
-
Shared green spaces in front of homes
-
A clubhouse, fitness space, and indoor pickleball courts
-
A walkable layout that encourages connection
-
A location close to schools, work, and Malmstrom AFB
The goal is simple. Create a place where people want to stay.
Our Commitment to You
Buying a new home, especially in a new community, requires trust.
Here is what you can expect from us:
-
Clear communication throughout the process
-
A defined path from reservation to move-in
-
Homes built with a focus on durability and efficiency
-
A team that stands behind what we build
We are not just building homes. We are building a neighborhood that reflects on us for years to come.

With Long-Term Intent
A Local Project
We are invested in this community.
Not just financially, but personally.
Many of the people involved in this project have built their careers in Montana and plan to keep building here. That means the work has to hold up over time.
